Lakeside' in Waddington - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to request:

1) copies of all correspondence (for the avoidance of doubt this refers to emails, records of phone calls, meeting minutes and agendas, transcripts, Microsoft teams channels conversations etc.) between Lincolnshire County council colleagues internally, but also between Lincolnshire County Council and external organisations & businesses (including Anglian Water, North Kesteven District Council and Beal Homes) regarding all things related to surface water management at the development known as 'Lakeside' in Waddington.

I would like to request this information dated back as far as you hold records. I understand all of this information should still be held by your Authority in line with retention schedules and GDPR guidance.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

This site was adopted as public highway in February 2022.

I can confirm that there are no records of correspondence relating to surface water drainage within this folder. Attached is an email with reference to S104, which is an agreement with Anglian Water to adopt the surface water drainage system.

The outline permission was granted in 2008, we don’t hold any records related to the planning application. The Local Planning Authority (NKDC) should hold records of our formal response/s to the planning applications.
