Given the village of Brant Broughton has a fire station, please answer the following:
1) what assistance has the Fire and Rescue service provided to households on Welbourn Road in terms of rescue during the flooding, or offering to assist pumping out of homes. - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
* Call received at 22:44 on 20/10/23 - (specific address - Welbourn Road) - Initial incident type recorded as 'Flooding inside-low risk', caller advised no attendance would be made.
* Call received at 03:09 on 21/10/23 - (specific address - Welbourn Road) - Log states 'no life risk in property, occupants in bungalow, advised to evac if safe to do so and we will not be attending.
* Call received at 03:18 on 21/10/23 - (generic Welbourn Road) - Officer attended at 04:17 due to large volume of calls being received and attended.
Message from officer stated 'large amount of water in the area and the properties have 10 inches of water in it. We think the river has burst its banks, can you speak to EA to see if they are prepared to open the flood gates'. Subsequent message from officer at 04:30 confirming 'river Brant has completely burst its' banks'.
* Call received 03:51 on 21/10/23 - (generic Welbourn Road) - Call and details assessed as 'Flooding inside low risk'
* Call received 04:47 on 21/10/23 - (specific address - Welbourn Road) - Officer attended at 05:10, assisted occupants of property to evacuate to the fire station where he remained with them for at least a couple of hours and liaised with the local authority to find alternative accommodation for them.
The above calls were all received from a variety of sources, with some specifying properties and some just general referencing Welbourn Road. Each call would be assessed for risk with a resource allocated as appropriate.
