Incredible Years Babies - starts 7 January 2025
This parenting programme covers the child’s first 12 months of life. It is an evidence based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your baby.

Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding
Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Paediatric First Aid Course - 15 January only
This course is ideal for anyone who cares for infants and children, such as parents, parents to be, guardians, grandparents or those who have an involvement with infants and children and want to learn key paediatric first aid skills. You will learn the roles and responsibilities of the emergency paediatric first aider and will be equipped with the skills needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, such as performing CPR and controlling external bleeding. Having a good understanding of emergency paediatric first aid is incredibly important for the safety of children and your own peace of mind. This course is a 1 day course and for adults only. Free online sessions for parents and carer
