Paediatric First Aid Course - 3 February only

This course is ideal for anyone who cares for infants and children, such as parents, parents to be, guardians, grandparents or those who have an involvement with infants and children and want to learn key paediatric first aid skills. You will learn the roles and responsibilities of the emergency paediatric first aider and will be equipped with the skills needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, such as performing CPR and controlling external bleeding. Having a good understanding of emergency paediatric first aid is incredibly important for the safety of children and your own peace of mind. Baby Massage - Starts 6 January

This five-week course offers a chance for you and your baby to spend precious time bonding through massage whilst meeting other parents with babies to form friendships. To book onto this session, email norfolklodgecc@lincolnshire.gov.uk

The Early Days 

A programme to support families and their new babies in a relaxed and friendly environment.  Opportunities to meet other new parents, take part in activities such as singing, sharing books and provide mini taster activities, sharing with you what might be on offer in your local Children’s Centre.

Top Tips for babies 3 to 4 months - 21 January, 25 February and 25 March

This session shares top tips from introducing solids, oral health, accident prevention and age-appropriate development.  It’s a great opportunity to meet new families and find out what local services are available for your family.

Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Multinational Stay and Play 0 to 5 years 

Fun activities for children and families to explore together, singing and sharing books to support children’s confidence, independence and language development. Supported by PAB Languages.

Incredible Years Toddler (1 to 3 years) - Starts 8 January - Held at At Boston Nursery School, Church road, PE21 0LJ

This 13-week parenting programme is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your child. Solihull Antenatal Education Programme, group for parents - Starts 9 January for six weeks

Family Hubs - Universal Antenatal programme to support emotional health and wellbeing in the delivery of Solihull Approach groups for parents, with a focus on relationships and nurturing connected, sensitive and responsive interactions.

Portage Drop-in Group - Starts 10 January

Portage Drop-In Group is a stay and play open access opportunity for Portage families only, who are currently receiving or have previously received support through the Early Learning and Portage Support Service. The group is run by Portage Practitioners, and families can access the group up until the term before their child starts school. The Drop-In Group provides an opportunity for families with SEND children to meet and share experiences and also receive information and signposting to other  services where appropriate.

Free online sessions for parents and carer
