I made a complaint regarding parking in the City of Lincoln, questioning why parking enforcement was apparently not being applied in some areas.
I have been advised by your Customer Relations Team that:
'With regards to the parking on single yellow lines on the High Street, this area in parts is not currently enforceable as the signage does not match the current Traffic Regulation Order in place. Until this review is finalised, we are unable to enforce these single yellow lines.'
Can I therefore ask
1) Where are these areas on the High Street exactly?
2) Are there other areas of the City of Lincoln where similar unenforceable signage exists?
3) How long has this review taken and when is it projected to be accomplished? - Decision
