Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. 2019 - Travel fare for 4 people from Newark Northgate to London and return. 1 person from Grantham to London and return. To find and collate the exact information would take longer than the 18 hours allowed under section 12(1) of the FOI Act.

No expenditure was incurred by Lincolnshire County Council Adult Care Community Wellbeing for this awards ceremony in 2022 as Impower funded the attendance and the attendees paid for their own refreshments.

2. 2019 - 4 council officials and 1 councilor

Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information 2000 does not oblige a public authority to comply with a request for information if the authority estimates that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit.
