Would you please advise as to the date that the public footpath linking Blue Gowt Lane, Pinchbeck and Two Plank Lane, Spalding, Lincolnshire (including construction of the river bridge) is to be completed?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The construction of a new footbridge over the Vernatt’s Drain known locally as Two Plank Footbridge is being completed as part of the construction works of Section 5 of the Spalding Western Relief Road project. This is currently scheduled to be completed in Summer 2024. Once all works have been completed the public footpath linking Blue Gowt Lane, Pinchbeck and Two Plank Lane, Spalding will be opened.
