- to provide core health visiting contacts which include:
- antenatal contact
- primary birth contact
- 6 to 8 week contact
- 8 to 12 month contact
- 2 to 2.5 year contact
- to identify health and wellbeing issues early, so support and early interventions can be provided in a timely manner, this includes:
- support with infant feeding
- parental mental health
- developmental concerns
- parenting advice and support and safeguarding
- to provide a targeted children’s and young people’s nurse service supporting school age children with complex health needs including continence and other targeted public health interventions as appropriate
- to provide a targeted children’s continence service supporting complex bladder and bowel conditions
- to deliver children’s health services including:
