Children who hold an education and health care plan - Find a freedom of information request

Request

Please could you provide the following for the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 to date (if possible, please provide the figure for the calendar year end):

1. How many children held an Education and health care plan (EHC)?

2. How many EHCs were finalised within the 20-week deadline?

3. What was the longest time taken to finalise an EHC?

4. How many cases involving an EHC have gone to tribunal, and of these how many have been won by the council?

Please could you include refusals to complete an EHC assessment and refusal to issue a plan.

Also, if you are able to include all tribunal appeals lodged and then a breakdown of the number that progressed to a final hearing that would be great.
