The code of Conduct - Find a freedom of information request

As a matter of public interest, in accord with The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

1) The oath of office of every employee paid by the people to serve the people.

2) The name of your Public Liability Insurer and associated Bond numbers.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) Employees are not required to take an oath but are required to comply with the Code of Conduct https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/employment-policies/code-conduct

2) Lincolnshire County Council’s current liability insurers are QBE to £10,000,000. Aspen insurance for the next £15,000,000.00 and Chubb insurance for the next £25,000,000 there are no associated bond numbers
