1. How many parking spaces have been lost due to the installation of yellow lines?

 This is the Sincil Bank area parking zones 5C and 5D 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

The answer is about 4 spaces on Cross street to facilitate access to the football ground.

The remaining yellow lines have been installed either where an existing restriction was in place but the lines were not visible, or to protect vehicular accesses and turning areas, all locations where parking should not take place so has not been lost.
