Lincolnshire County Council Children's Services commissions emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people (up to age 18 or 25 for SEND/care leavers), on behalf of Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and provided by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

These services are commissioned via a partnership agreement made under Section 75 of the NHS Act 2006, which currently runs until the end of August 2027. This includes early intervention Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) support for low/moderate emotional wellbeing/mental health concerns that is akin to NHS Talking Therapies or Improving Access to Psychological Therapies type-support for children and young people up to age 18, via Mental Health Support Teams and Lincolnshire's Healthy Minds Lincolnshire service.

A specific NHS Talking Therapies/Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service is commissioned by Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board for adult services and provided by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
