Lincolnshire County Council Children's Services commissions emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people (up to age 18 or 25 for SEND/care leavers), on behalf of Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board and provided by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

These services are commissioned via a partnership agreement made under Section 75 of the NHS Act 2006, which currently runs until the end of August 2027.
