B1205 Gainsborough Road - Find a freedom of information request

I request a Road Inspection Report for the B1205 

I was traveling from Kirton on Lindsey towards Blyton, having crossed the level crossing then passing Farm buildings to the right hand side.
The specific area I reference is approx some 30 meters past said Farm buildings at the edge of the carriageway where the road without a kerb has collapsed / potholes forming a 3 meter x half meter hole with steep sharpe sided along the carriageway.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
