1. Would like all assessments, noise level documents regarding the decision to undertake works at night.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

Also attached is the letter also that went out to all the residents which does state about possible high noise levels at times of working on site.

The overall assessment for Night Working is based on local knowledge of the area/businesses/resident access/egress and so on. The standard letter was also sent out to the district council with no comments back from them informing them of LCC’s planned works
