The applicant appealed to the Secretary of State against the County Council's decision. On 18 March 2009 the Council was directed to make an Order for a restricted byway from Restricted Byway 11 to the A15. One objection to the Order remains following the withdrawal of the remainder and the Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State for determination. A public inquiry will be held in Folkingham Village Hall on 24 May 2011
