List of utilities (Statutory Undertakers) operating in Lincolnshire - Find a freedom of information request

1) Could you please share your most up-to-date list of utilities (Statutory Undertakers) operating in your area? This information will enable us to identify and contact all utilities relevant to a site. This data assists our clients in avoiding accidental damage to buried apparatus and in exploring potential network connections.

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) do not hold a list of all asset owner’s apparatus within the highway, it is the responsibility of those working in the highway to ascertain what utility and other apparatus is present within a specific works area. This can be done by requesting apparatus drawings from the relevant utility company and assessment on site (using methods such as cat/genny, ground penetrating radar and trial holes). LCC do hold a list of utility companies who have applied for a permit in Lincolnshire since 1 April 2022 which is included in this response, however, please be aware this is not an exhaustive list of all utilities or third parties with apparatus in the highway.
