2. Synergy has a data transfer method Nexus/Perspectice Lite

3. Childview - 2-year fixed contract (1st Sept 23 – 31st August 25) but have the option to extend for a further 3 years (1+1+1)

Synergy is under an annual rolling contract through Serco, auto renewable from 1st August each year, (unless notice given by 1st June), therefore current contract now valid until 31st July 2024. Initial contract started on 1st Aug 2018

Mosaic - The current Mosaic contract started on 6th Jan 2023 and runs for five years (5th Jan 2028).

Business Objects - licence agreement ends Dec 2023 and will not be renewed.

Power BI - Power BI is included as a component of our Microsoft E5 licenses which in turn form part of a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.

Our existing Microsoft enterprise agreement ends on 30th June 2023 and will be replaced by a new agreement commencing 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2026.

4. Synergy- Annual costs for Licenses, maintenance and hosting is £180k
