6. LCC have a centralised recruitment team, but budgets are with individual managers

7. LCC does not provide manager staff details, Publicising our staffing direct contact details can create a diversion of time and resource through unwarranted calls and emails. The Council operates a 'Customer Service Centre' for all contacts and it is expected that they are assigned appropriately using our case management systems.
