Deplh Road, Branston road resurfacing - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to know how repairs and surface dressing came about on a road local to me. The road in question is DEPLH ROAD BRANSTON, the work type group being ROAD RESURFACING.

1) I would like to know if this was requested by

a) local residents

b) or as planned works schedule

c) or an inspection from a Highways officer

1. Delph Road Branston was selected for repair based on assessment criteria which identifies roads in poor condition from survey data, and adds in assessment factors such as underlying ground conditions, type of use it receives, suitability as a potential site for recycling treatment, potential longevity of the treatment based on the type of traffic it receives.

The assessment at the time that Delph Road was selected did not take into account public complaint, or inspection by Highways Officer.
