Highways department Software for time management - Find a freedom of information request

Please provide details of the following with regards to your Highways departments;

1. The provider of any Software used to calculate flexitime and monitor working time?

2. The cost of this system for initial set up and annually?

3. No. of employees using the system

4. Cumulative flexitime accrued in the June 2023 on the system?

5. Smallest time increment that can be accrued on a day?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. LCC Highways and Transport Teams use the Bodet Kelio system - Bodet Ltd

2. This information is Commercially Sensitive Section 43(2) exempts information whose disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (an individual, a company, the public authority itself or any other legal entity).

3. There are approx. 400 staff using the system

4. This would take longer that the 18hrs allowed under Section 12 (1)of the FOI Act, of manual input to find this information, looking at each member of staff’s individual reports. Any information would also be inaccurate due to incomplete records due to annual leave, different work schedules etc.

5. The smallest time increment that can be accrued is 1 minute
