Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems and software - Find a freedom of information request

1. Does your organisation currently use any generative AI software, such as Chat GPT, Google Bard, Bing Chat, or other Large Language Models, particularly in the areas of ICT and Customer Service? If so please can you confirm which tools are being used.



2. Does your organisation utilise any AI tools in the areas such as financial forecasting, strategic planning, performance management, or resource planning? If so please can you confirm which tools are being used.



3. Have any risk assessments or impact assessments been conducted into your organisation's use of AI systems and software? If so are you able to provide copies of these?



4. Does your organisation have any policies or restrictions in place with regard to the use of the above mentioned systems, either on an organisational level, or aimed at members of staff who may wish to use such systems? If so are you able to provide copies of these policies?
