Notice of intention to convert segregated cycletrack and footway to a shared cycletrack and footway

To propose to convert existing segregated cycletrack and footway in the vicinity of Louth Station Estate to Charles street to a shared cycle and pedestrian way, under Sections 65(1) and 66(4) of the Highways Act 1988.The Cycletracks Act 1984 will apply to this length should the proposal be confirmed and will be distinguished by special signs and markings.
