Decision to make an Order seeking to delete Navenby Public Footpath 13. Whilst the Navenby Parish Survey of 1950 described the reason for believing the path to be public as awarded, the Navenby Enclosure Award and map of 1772 show no public right of way or indeed any route in the vicinity. None of the other documentary evidence consulted shows the path as a public right of way, and neither does it show a path to physically exist along the route concerned.
