Applicant appealed decision not to make a DMMO 04.08.2016, submitting additional user evidence. LCC was then directed to make a DMMO seeking to record a PF along the route by the Secretary of State on 13.12.2016. An objection to the Order was received and the Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State. The objection was withdrawn and the Order has been determined by an inspector. The Order was confirmed on 13.11.2019.
