3. The experimental TRO came into force on 22nd March 2022, Letters detailing the scheme were sent to statutory consultees and delivered to affected businesses on 7th March 2022. The Council apologised for the limited consultation with disability groups on 8th June and forwarded to the Louth Leader newspaper as well as being published online on its own Website.

4. Signage is no longer required in addition to double yellow lines.
