Layby off the AS2 - Holland Road road maintenance - Find a freedom of information request

Specifically, my query relates to the layby off the AS2 - Holland Road.

Coordinates 52°54'53.l"N, 0°18'33.7"W

1. A copy of your current road maintenance policy relating to that road. Please send me the full policy, but this should include details of the intended frequency of road safety inspections, how these inspections should be conducted, the maximum time between identification of a defect and repairs being carried out, the defect intervention criteria adopted in relation to the identification of all categories of carriageway potholes and whether or not the authority has formally adopted all or part of the standards contained within the national code of practice for highways maintenance management.

2. A copy of the road repair history for that road over the past two years. Again, please send me the full road repair history, but this should include:

- the hierarchy classification and road/section number

- dates of all safety inspections between 11th April 2021 and 11th April 2023

- details of how safety inspections were undertaken (walked or driven, speed of inspection vehicle and number of persons in the vehicle etc)

- details of all carriageway defects identified during safety inspections, with description, date and time between 11th April 2021 & 11th April 2023

- details of how the authority handled these defects, what repairs were undertaken and the time between the identification of each defect and a repair being carried out.

- details of all complaints and/or enquiries relating to the carriageway, received between 11th April 2021 and 11th April 2023
