Placement Agreement meetings - Find a freedom of information request

2. Please find as an example another Local Authority's policy on Placement Agreement Meetings, please provide a copy of yours and any other documents associated with Placement Agreement Meetings such as supporting policies/appendices 

 

3. Please inform if a Placement Agreement Meeting should take place in circumstances where if during care proceedings, the Court endorses the Local Authority's change to the child's care plan from the child living with foster carers to being placed with a person(s) with parental responsibility but for the child to remain subject to the Interim Care Order

 

4. Please provide a copy of any monthly/3-monthly newsletter or roundup sent to employees within the children's services department that is produced by your Local Authority

1. Within the attached folder is the policy and the case management system form on Mosaic.

2. Attached is a blank copy of the template, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) complete its plans on MOSAIC and then the plan is pulled through into a PDF document which can be printed and shared with all. Electronic signatures are used on MOSAIC. Also attached is the delegated authority support tool which is completed as part of the placement planning process.

3. The decision in these circumstances would be covered by the Care Planning, Placement and Review Regulations 2010 and would be subject to an assessment and endorsement by the Assistant or Director of Children's Services. The view of the IRO and other involved professionals will be considered and a Placement Plan developed at this point to support the Parent in caring for their child and their obligations under the regulations.

4. Within the attached folder details the practice bulletin specifically for Children's Services staff which combined with practice briefings and daily internal comms from the Council support the news and knowledge of all staff across children's services. The wider documents cannot be shared as they are not pdfs but are SharePoint news posts which cannot be shared externally and cannot be downloaded as html files
