Moving On Up! 0 to 5 years - no session 29 July and 26 August

This session offers a range of fun activities to support children developing their independence and social skills through play.

Holiday Fun 0 to 5 years to include siblings up to 8 years - 29 July only

A fun filled and exciting session for families to enjoy where they will be joining in activities, games and singing songs, come along and have some fun

Speech and Language drop in - no session 26 August

Drop-in for parents and carers to chat with a speech and language assistant where they may have concerns about their child’s speech and language development.

Tuesdays

Breast Start from pregnancy and breastfeeding

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Thursdays

Little Explorers 0 to 5 years - no session 15 August

A sensory play session encouraging children to explore a range of messy play activities such as water, sand, crafts, gloop and play dough.

Sessions will offer activities to encourage babies to grow and learn through treasure baskets, messy play, singing and sharing stories

Parent and Carer Forums - 29 August only

Parent and carers work together with partners and commissioned services to co-design and evaluate current services.

Cost: free
Time: 1.30pm
Duration: 1 hour

Fridays

Incredible Years Baby (0 to 12 months)

This parenting programme that covers the child’s first 12 months of life. It is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your baby. It is recommended to gain the most from the course content that you sign up when your child is aged between 0 and 6 months old. This course will be up to 12 weeks, depending on the needs of the group.
