Spend on staffing and agency staffing - Find a freedom of information request

I would be grateful if you could please provide the following for each of the last three financial years, 2020/21-2022/23:

a) Total spend on staffing

b) Total spend on agency staff

c) Initial budget for spend on agency staff

d) Annual percentage turnover rate

e) Annual percentage sickness absence rate

If possible, the above 5 requests also broken down by department across your local authority

With regards expenditure on agency staff, as is the case with many other local authorities, temporary agency recruitment is sometimes necessary to cover vacancies and /or ensure no disruption to support services for the residents of Lincolnshire.
