Incredible Years Baby (0 to 12 months) - starts 18 July
This parenting programme covers the child’s first 12 months of life. It is an evidence-based programme which focuses on strengthening parenting skills and building a positive relationship with your baby. It is recommended to gain the most from the course content that you sign up when your child is aged between 0 and 6 months old. This course will be up to 12 weeks, depending on the needs of the group.

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.
