In addition, I would like the following information:

a. Details of all claims against the department relating to Tinwell Road for the same period including whether they were successful or not and if unsuccessful on what grounds did you reject them. 

b. As a county, how many pothole claims have you received in the previous three years (from January 2020 to now)

c. What percentage of these claims did you consider yourselves to be liable.

d. What was the total amount of public funds paid out in compensation across the county for pothole claims since January 2022?
