I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1. Works have been paid in full by Lincolnshire County Council. However, we recognised that the performance of the material hadn't been laid or cured to the correct standard expected of a newly laid footway micro asphalt. As part of our inspection routine, we notified the contractor, in accordance with our contractual obligations
a) LCC notified the contractor that the newly laid surface hasn't performed as expected, and it has been agreed to complete remedial works at this location.
2. We have undertaken part remedial works at this location, further works are due to be completed by the end of September 2023. Wells Drive has also had some utility reinstatements, and prior to any remedial works we have delayed any repairs to ensure that the reinstatement was compliant prior to relaying the micro asphalt.
3. We have agreed to undertake remedial works by the end of September 2023.
4. Access will be maintained however, with due to the type of work there will be period of disruption.
