I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. Childrens Services are responsible for SEND Mediation Services.

2. Global Mediation is the current Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Services Supplier. NB: this is a Regional Contract procured on behalf of all East Midlands Local Authorities by Nottinghamshire City Council.

3. The current contract term is 01/05/2019 to 31/10/2023.

4. The total contract value for the initial term (2019 to 2022) was £986,490.00

5. The table below shows the volume of requests that have been received over the past 3 years for all East Midlands Local Authorities.

6. The East Midlands Region will jointly tender for a new contract, with Lincolnshire County Council acting as lead authority for the region.
