Regarding Council position on the maintenance and restoration of grass verges.
1. The information requested on any;
a. Acts of Parliament
b. County Council By-Laws and Regulations
c. any other contracted services that may affect in the day to day; upkeep by residents local grass verges.
2. We are also aware that a number of red & white protective posts have already been put in place on verges in this village (Bracebridge Heath) and other areas of the county.

c. All maintenance of grass verges is done either through Lincolnshire County Council’s (LCC) highways term maintenance contract and by parish councils under agreement with Lincolnshire County Council.
2. LCC don't have a record of the installation of these generally in Bracebridge Heath or around the County. If you could be more specific about location LCC could do a more specific search, but is not aware that it uses red and white protective posts at all.
