Reports made to LCC Highways about a section of the A16 - Find a freedom of information request

My query relates to reports made to LCC Highways/Roads & Transport about a section of the A16.

1) Please can you provide the following information for the period 01 April 2022 to 31 March 2023:

a) the total number of reports/faults made through the LCC Roads & Transport Faults process regarding the section of the A16 running from the roundabout junction at Crowland (A16/James Road/Peterborough Road) to the A16 roundabout junction by Spalding/Applegreen services/B1173/A1175.

b) the total number of reports/faults made through the LCC Roads & Transport Faults process regarding ALL roads in the County, including the data provided at (a). A simple figure each for (a) and (b) is all that is required, I do not need a breakdown of type of faults reported
