Information surrounding the funding that you have recently been allocated in order to increase international recruitment for the adult social care sector.

How this funding will be distributed and whether there is a list of care homes that will be receiving the funding?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

International Recruitment Support in East Midlands was launched on 12th April with an open webinar on the 18th April

The programme will be supported by Local Management Groups - including Care Provider Association/Local Authority Representative, other stakeholders such as Skills for Care.

The Local management group will oversee the work of the local pastoral/practical support work who will be employed by the care association.

There will be a Regional Steering Group and one representative will attend from each local management group.
