I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 1. The County Council was first made aware of this proposal in November 2022 when the proposer of the scheme submitted a screening/scoping request which sought the view/opinion of the Council on whether we felt the proposed development constituted EIA development. This request was registered under reference EIA/37/22.

2. The supporting documentation was published on our planning portal on 16 December 2022 which was when the Council issued its decision in response to the screening/scoping request. We are not required to publish the request or the Council's decision prior to this date although we are required to contact and consult a number of statutory and non-statutory bodies (i.e. District Council, Parish Council, Environment Agency, Highways, etc) to seek their views on the proposed scope of the Environmental Statement prior to issuing our final decision. This is in line with the requirements of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (EIA Regulations 2017

3. The EIA Regulations 2017 do not require us to carry out any public/neighbour notifications when considering a screening/scoping request. As a result no such notifications were given. If or when a planning application is made we will carry out formal consultation of the application and this includes publicising the application by way of site/press notices and neighbour notification letters. Please refer to our Statement of Community Involvement for more information on how and when we will consult.
