1. The number of occasions on which elected members of the authority sought the advice of the monitoring officer on matters related to potential predetermination.

2. The number of occasions on which the monitoring officer advised any member of the authority that, in their option, a risk of predetermination had arisen and the advice given to the member as a result.

3. The subject matter of council decision(s) on which the monitoring officer was consulted about predetermination, or gave advice to members concerning predetermination.

4. I would also like to request copies of current training or advisory materials given to new and existing members of the authority on the question of predetermination.
