Flood Risk Study - Find a freedom of information request

I have been looking for a copy of some policy documents/ data related to flooding and haven't been able to find some of them on your website. Could you please point me in the right direction, or provide me with copies of the following for a flood risk study:

1) GIS files (shapefiles or similar) of areas with critical drainage problems, or local flood risk zones ('wetspots/hotspots') as define by either the SWMP or SFRA or other measures

2) Updated SWMP (Surface water management plan),

3) Updated SFRA (Strategic flood risk assessment),

4) Updated PFRA (preliminary flood risk assessment),

5) Updated LFRS (Local Flood risk strategy), reports and appendices.

6) Copies of any Supplementary Planning Documents with regards to flood risk, drainage and climate change.

7) A copy of your flood risk assessment criteria if you have one.

 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) No significant FRAs identified as part of PFRA process. In terms of critical drainage it is recommended contact is made with the relevant District Council (as per guidance contained on Gov.uk) to determine whether or not the area of interest is situated within an area of ‘critical drainage problems’ as notified by the Environment Agency.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
