Overgrown trees at the Chappell Centre, Spalding - Find a freedom of information request

 Highways ref: 448721 regarding overgrown and dangerous trees the Chappell Centre, Spalding.

1. Please can you send me the tree survey recently completed and the survey completed two years prior for the Chappell Centre, Spalding.

2. Please can I see the deeds for the property with regard to any restrictions on the height of trees.

1. Please see attached tree survey report for 2018. Another survey has been carried out recently but has not been received from the contractor as of yet.

2. Land registered under title number LL256009. This can be found accessing the website of HM Land Registry. There are no covenants burdening the land relating to trees or any other matter.
