Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. LCC do not have a domestic abuse fund that is open to the public or Organisations to apply for. The only funding held in relation to our Domestic Abuse Duty is the Domestic Abuse Act grant funding that is directly related to pat 4 of the Domestic Abuse Act and the duty we have to fulfil in that Act – but this is not a public fund that people can apply for.

2. The Domestic Abuse Business Manager alongside the Domestic Abuse Programme board are responsible for the Domestic Abuse act funding and fulfilling the duties within the Act.
