Council Contracts - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to know if LCC does any business with GS Hughes Ltd and, if so, who is responsible at LCC for the contract.

I only wish to know if LCC does business with this company, and, if so, which parts of LCC and hence who is responsible for contracting with the company (job title or name) together with the name of the Councillor responsible for that expenditure.

LCC Highways does not have a direct contract with GS Hughes Ltd and neither does our Highways Maintenance Term Service Provider Balfour Beatty.

GS Hughes may be providing services for some elements of the supply chain that subcontract to Balfour Beatty but there is no direct contractual relationship.

Jonathan Evans (Head of Highways Client and Contractual Management Services) is responsible for the Highway Works term service contract with Balfour Beatty. Cllr Richard Davies is the Executive Councillor - Highways and Transport
