New positions of employment created in Lincolnshire County Council that did not exist prior to April 2022 - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please provide details of the completely new positions of employment created in Lincolnshire County Council that did not exist prior to April 2022., and the number of these that have now been filled.

Please include job title, location, and job description details.

Please answer in regards to the following descriptions you outline:

• As a result of a restructure when some duties may be changed and the job title changed but the overall number of jobs in the department might stay the same or reduce
• The work changes and a different skill set is needed and a completely new position is created

In total there were 1008 positions created since 1st April 2022.

783 have been used.

225 have not been used.

Please note that most of the jobs created are as a result of restructures within services and replace posts already in existence. These figures are not reflected by a corresponding increase in headcount.

Where posts have not been filled this can be for a number of reasons - failure to recruit or a decision not to fill the post after it has been created for example.
