1-2. As a local authority Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is required to publish all of its contracts over the value of £500. All LCC contracts can be found on the Contracts Register which is available at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login. You will need to register to access the Contracts Register but this is free to complete.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
