The Policies Map for the Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan is already publicly available and is contained within the Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan Core Strategy and Site Locations documents which are available on our website:

https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/planning/minerals-waste

In addition, our Policies Map is incorporated into the published and interactive Policies Maps of a number of Lincolnshire’s District Councils Local Plans and can be viewed on their respective websites.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
