School allocations for secondary school admissions - Find a freedom of information request

Would like to see the following:

1. The Application and Allocation statistics for secondary school places as at allocation day 1 March 2023, and

2. The Allocation Summary Report for the 2022/23 secondary school admissions.

What I am essentially after is the information data the Local Education Authority holds on school allocations. I'd like to know:

- The name of the school in question

- The number of applicants for the schools inlcuding, if available, whether they formed first, second or third choices

- The number of spaces allocated to children in each category (i.e looked after children, siblings, distance) etc

- Information contained for the recent allocations for 1 March 2023

- Information contained for the 2022/23 intake.

The LEA will have all of the above information that I seek.

If they are not available publicly, please could you also ask the LEA why not when the information is sent to me.
