Relates to transport in Skegness.

I am interested in data related to traffic volumes, car parking data, and public transportation usage in Skegness.

The statistics would be used for academic research purposes only and would not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.

I can confirm that some of the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council.

Regarding traffic volumes LCC only have the following data:

A52 South of Skegness - 2018 Annual Average Daily Traffic = 9592 vehicles of which 353 are Commercial vehicles (3.7%) The Department for Transport have data on some of the roads in Skegness these can be found here -

Lincolnshire County Council transport only holds patronage data on services it tenders, which for Skegness only includes the Call Connect Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) service.

In 2022, there were 26,161 passengers using the Skegness based Call Connect DRT services which is comprised of 2 vehicles. 

Lincolnshire County Council does not hold any information on car parking data, please contact the district councils.
