To convert a length of footway on Holbeach Road, Spalding from a segregated facility to a shared cycle and pedestrian way under sections 65(1) and 66(4) of the Highways Act 1988.
The Cycletracks Act 1984 will apply to this length should the proposal be confirmed and will be distinguished by special signs and markings.
The existing prohibition of cycling between Holbeach Road and Fulney Avenue will be revoked to allow for the shared use facility to continue onto Fulney Avenue.
