Transport contracts 2023 - Find a freedom of information request

With regards to transport contracts, namely home to school, SEND, taxi services and social care transport. It is a requirement of the Transport Act 1985 for the Council to publish the highest and lowest tenders received, the amount of the successful tender, the name of the successful tenderer, and the reasons for its decision.

Could you please provide me with the details of where this information is published and how I can access it please.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

Award information is published within 90 days of the contractual award via Pro Contract, Lincolnshire Dynamic Purchasing System.

Any contract awarded outside of the DPS will not be published as it falls under the required values, however any operator is able to email into TSG@lincolnshire.gov.uk with the contract number and we will provide the awarded rate.
