Land on Chatsworth Drive, North Hykeham - Find a freedom of information request

There is a small piece of land on Chatsworth Drive, North Hykeham LN6 8LD which is not maintained and as residents we wish to find out whom owns this land so we can make into off street parking as the road where this is is very narrow (not wide enough for 2 cars to pass)
